Not that 'Beer Ministry" ever gets like this but;
THINGS THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO SAY AFTER YOU HAVE HAD TOO MUCH TO DRINK:
1. Innovative
2. Preliminary
3. Proliferation
4. Cinnamon
THINGS THAT ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO SAY AFTER DRINKING TOO MUCH:
1. Specificity
2. Anti-constitutionalistically
3. Passive-aggressive disorder
4. Transubstantiate
THINGS THAT ARE DOWNRIGHT IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY AFTER DRINKING TOO MUCH:
1. OMITED
2. Nope, no more booze for me!
3. Sorry, but you're not really my type.
4. Taco Bell ? No thanks, I'm not hungry.
5. Good evening, officer. Isn't it lovely out tonight?
6. Oh, I couldn't! No one wants to hear me sing karaoke.
7. I'm not interested in fighting you.
8. Thank you, but I won't make any attempt to dance, I have no coordination. I'd hate to look like a fool!
9. Where is the nearest bathroom? I refuse to pee in this parking lot or on the side of the road.
10. I must be going home now, as I have to work in the morning.

Manly Quiet Time
Hunting is a sport/hobby I really enjoy. In years past I have spent many days up a tree in some cold, forsaken swamp or on top of a brutally windy knoll. This year, I have been either too busy, or without a place to hunt. That is, until last weekend.
A good friend of mine from the fishing club invited me to his club in Pickens County for a day of hunting.
While the weather was warm and wet (not conducive to great deer hunting), I had a great time. I saw a few deer but never one I could harvest.
I don't know how others do quiet time, but I struggle with being motivated enough to take the time I should to really get one on one with God. But, hunting is fantastic for this. You sit alone in His creation for 4-6 hours, just sitting and watching. What a great time for prayer and repentance.
I find that time in the woods some of the best quiet time I have during a year. I should be having these quiet times more often, but the quiet of the woods just makes it all so pertinent.
We are all called to pray for eachother, our church members and leaders, our community, and our government officials. But my prayer time seems to be cut too short. It 's easy to cover the "important" stuff like health and family everyday, but I tend to skip so many things in my everday prayer life.
If you hunt, I would strongly suggest using your time there talking to God. If you don't hunt, find some time some where you won't be distracted to talk to Him. You won't regret it!
